What do you love about your job?
The autonomy and the problem-solving. There is nothing quite like being handed a chaotic, unorganized mess of a project, and getting the freedom to figure out how to streamline it. When a strategy finally clicks and you see the direct positive impact it has on the team's daily workflow, it is incredibly rewarding. Plus, working with a team that actually laughs together makes the hard days completely manageable.
What is the best career decision you have ever made?
Betting on myself and advocating for a internal pivot. A few years ago, I realized my role was hitting a ceiling, so I started taking on side projects in a different department that genuinely interested me. When a position opened up there, I did not just apply, I showed them the exact frame of how I Would already been helping them. It taught me that you do not wait for permission to grow; you just start doing the work.
What is the worst career decision you have ever made?
Staying at a toxic job for two years too long just because the paycheck was stable and I was terrified of the unknown. I kept telling myself 'It will get better after this project' or 'the market is too tough right now.' In reality, the stress completely fried my mental health and stalled my professional growth. Lesson learned: Comfort zones and toxic cultures will cost you way more in the long run than a risky leap ever will.
What would you be doing if you were me now?
Honestly, if I were in your shoes right now, the very first thing In would do is a skills and energy audit. Write down what you are currently good at, but more importantly, highlight the tasks that actually make time fly versus the ones that completely drain you. Once you know where your energy lies, start networking, not by asking for jobs, but by doing informational interviews with people who are already doing what you think you want to do next. It saves you months of guessing.
Answer to the Forum
If you pick two jobs that both demand heavy emotional labor or intense mental bandwidth at the same time, you will hit a wall fast. The best combinations usually pair asynchronous versus creative work with structured versus active work. Here are three of the most sustainable combinations: 1. The Content + Customer Care Mix: High-flexibility freelance work (like SEO content writing or graphic design) paired with a structured, shift-based role (like part-time remote customer support or v...
The Slice Effect
Why Incremental Adjustments Are Ruining Your Highest Potential Can minor day-to-day habits actually prevent you from achieving a monumental life transformation? Small, incremental adjustments will actively sabotage your highest potential if you are using them as a comfortable alternative to the profound and systemic identity shifts your life actually requires. While micro-habits are excellent for minor optimization, relying entirely on surface-level tweaks creates a comforting illusion of pro...
My Poem Got Published
Today, one of my most personal pieces, The Confession, was published by Pen With Paper. Writing it forced me to confront something many of us experience but rarely discuss openly: the tension between curiosity and conviction. The poem explores what happens when we find ourselves drawn toward things that do not serve us, and the moment we realize that restoration begins with honesty. One realization stayed with me throughout the writing process: "You never left; it was I who wandered." Whet...
When preparation meets grace, the alignment is undeniable. ✨
Lately, I’ve been reflecting deeply on the goodness of God, specifically through the lens of design, order, and timing. There is a profound gratitude that hits when you commit to sharing deep, thought-provoking concepts and watch the pieces effortlessly fall into place. Case in point: I woke up to a beautiful milestone on Medium. A huge thank you to BloggingLen for adding my writing to his curated "OMG Its Good" Premium Articles list! The 2026 Faith Film Revolution: Stories That Shape the Soul
Dear Christians, there is a new wave of storytelling hitting our screens in 2026, and as creators on Nircle, we know that a story is only as powerful as the heart behind it. We are not just looking at movies; we are looking at a movement of faith, history, and radical courage. From the visionary Erwin Brothers (the minds behind Jesus Revolution) to the bold cinematic lens of Alejandro Monteverde (Sound of Freedom), the directors leading this charge are proving that faith-based media has reach...
Riding The Tide
Everything here is air over water, and so is she staking her life on lily-like strides upon the waves. She loves to smell them, like they love to smell her but neither speaks. How could they? She has no place to be but this: right on top, where it peeps even when the whole world comes to it. Today, they come to chase after their offsprings, to run into the arms of their lovers, to capture moments with their hands their fingertips against screens or wooden pulps. Others search within it, ...
Vision as Moral Architecture: Why Technology Without Awareness Fails
Most technological failures do not begin with bad code, but bad vision. Long before the emergence of artificial intelligence, digital platforms, and automation, civilizations understood that power without foresight corrodes the DNA of societies. Technology, like biological life, follows the laws of germination: without ethical awareness and sustained nourishment, growth in the long run becomes decay. Why Growth Without Vision Collapses Technological progress flourishes or fails according to v...
Empathy Is a Spiritual Hedge for Humanity
The greatest threat to humanity where other threats stems from is not artificial intelligence, economic instability, or geopolitical conflict. It is human intelligence operating without the core component of emotional intelligence, empathy . The time that has gone by shows this in a rippling form: whenever brilliance outruns compassion, progress becomes predatory, when this happens there must be a prey lurking in every sector. Empathy is the invincible invisibly hedge standing between civilizat...

Cryptocurrency as a Machine Language
Do you know that what you build determines what the world becomes? I have learnt over the years that most things in the world are neither good nor bad on their own. They are instruments. A hammer can build a home or break a window. The difference is not in the tool but in the intention, discipline, and values of the person holding it. Cryptocurrency, when stripped of excitement and noise, is best understood this way: it is a machine language. It does not argue or persuade; it executes. It e...
What is the Mind in Spirituality?
The mind perceives before faith, words, actions, or even the soul recognise the unseen realms. What the mind perceives shapes everything you call reality. In spirituality, the mind is a friend to culture, a tool to wield, and the threshold and meeting place where the body acts, the spirit communes, and perception translates the unseen into physical cognition. Romans 12:2 imparts to every soul, “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” ...
Your Mind Is the Most Powerful System You Own
Your mind did not get activated when you learnt your first word; it was working way before it. Before curiosity emerged as questions, your mind had identified the gaps that ushered in curiosity. Your mind had already agreed that change was possible before anything changed in your life. From all these indications, nothing enters your life without passing through your mind first, be it: Learning Love Fear Faith Ambition. If the mind is neglected, everything else is quite compromised. The reason i...
Why 2026 Resolutions Might Be Easier Than We Think
As you would dress a kitchen with vapours and flavours, or prepare a living space with greeting cards, ribbons, lights, and intention, so dress your determination with care. Before you decide what to become next, forgive yourself (mind and heart) for all you did not become before today. Forgiveness clears the space where focus can live. Without it, ambition becomes brittle. There is something within you that already knows what will work. Beneath attention fatigue, learning gaps, and scattered ...
I Now know This: Human Comprehension is AI's Super power
I Now know This: Human Comprehension is AI's Super power AI's strenght is in information processing and pattern recognition. Human strength is comprehension, judgement, meaning and action. Tomorrow belongs to those who can translate between the two. I am not saying AI replaces humans, or humans must compete with AI. I am saying AI and humans are complementary and translation is the missing bridge. intelligence without meaning is unfinished. Intelligence without meaning is unfinished. AI get...
Want: The Engine of Progress
It is generally agreed that comfort produces stagnation, while want produces movement. No man reforms in abundance; no system corrects itself while well fed. Want, therefore, is not a failure of society; rather, it is the most dependable instrument. Want is the catch. It hooks populations gently, just deep enough to keep them struggling, never so deep as to let them escape. Under its influence, endurance is virtuous, submission is discipline, and suffering is relabelled as growth. Hunger persu...
A Meal Meant for No One
Take a taste this is how we know how. But some things are not meant for cutleries, neither are they meant for tongues. There are lethal matters cooking the villain would not taste, but serve for the buffet: hot aromas, clinks of cups and plates aimed at serving. But the villain will not taste. Now, shards of glass everywhere as the villain peeps with sealed tongue and hidden cups and plates. #nircle #darkpoetics #deepwords #writerlife #mindfulart📍Ile-Ife, Nigeria
Doubt in Oneself: The Hardest Mental Illness to Live With
Self-doubt is the persistent lack of confidence in self-worth, abilities, or decisions. It is both a passing emotion and a chronic mental condition. Unlike clinical depression or anxiety disorders that are widely recognised and treated, chronic self-doubt is rarely granted the same gravity, yet it can be as debilitating, and perhaps more so because it places itself on the faculty a person relies on to seek help and also the trust in the person's judgements on degrees of low line, and it erodes ...
I Am Able
“Am I enough?” This is the boggle in many heads, hearts, and minds. The world has evolved into a situation that measures worth by strength, status, and self-made success. The decibel (dB) of doubt and fear today is about 200 loud, consuming, and deafening. Yet, in about 15 decibels, God thunders in a still small voice: You are able, because I who powdered you by My breath and who lives in you— I am able. He, the God who can do anything, is able. With reference to the forty-second chapter...
Faith Based Confessions (Exodus)
1. I am multiplied greatly and I am extremely abundant in all things that concerns me (Exodus 1:7) 2. I am heard by God, and all I say, He acts upon speedily (Exodus 2:24-25) 3. I am surrounded by the glowing amazingness of God, that puts me in awe, draws me fast and perpetually to know Him than I had (Exodus 3:2-6) 4. I am a carrier of God's miracles (Exodus 4) 5. I am plugged in for God's to move, and provided all I need for me to do so (Exodus 12:34-36) 6. I am filled with the mighty power of...
Faith Based Confessions (Genesis)
1. By the power of God, I am light intensely and perpetually (Genesis 1:3) 2. By the power of God, I am fluid in every realm, to will and to do, only according to the pleasures of God (Genesis 1:2) 3. By Power Of God, I am made of God with power, blessings, and pleasure of God (Genesis 1: 26-31) 4. By the power of God, my garden is watered by the gold of the world rare perfume of Grace and precious stones of faith (Genesis 2:10-12) 5. By the power of God, the pleasures of God are the only things...
Faith in the word Based Confessions (A Project)
The tongue is a lot of material for buffets of what comes out of it and they are always served. It is safe for a person to speak out of the knowledge of what the Word can do through his/her tongue or belief on the testimonies of what the Word has done through the tongues of Bible Characters and act from there and begin to do the same. For a person's victory is on the tongue— it could be spoken once or constantly, but it must be what the person wants to see become above what the senses perceive...
🔁 Makinde Kehinde Margret ReCircled: The X and Y Axes
In this vast territory, I would navigate the maze that functions in beats and trickles. Oh — tickle my asking, set me deep, deeper than deeper can be, and longer than all lengths. I am a practitioner of NEF. I will find you when you put you where I can, and you lead me — an X and Y axes at a time, oh twine — an earthly longing, and a shaft of sacred pull. Where my soul was formed at 00:00, when my time began to count. I did not know how my dust became breath, or how me, clay, wore pulse ...

Say Tomorrow Was Mine
Say, tomorrow was mine. Yes, from its brow — that was all I saw. The crow had no different call. Even water mirrored my conviction. If today ticks all the way, Tomorrow is no other way. Say me, of clay, "I am mine." But how can I know my making, When I did not see the process of me? I lose the sense of what I intend to see When I dream. I am yet to meet this person I see — Bust at Sky's height, with all my mind cannot phantom. But I am sure, the one I see is me. I want to ask me a ques...
The Jam of Intimacy
I touched the finest core, A thought left to be taught, A yearning to be caught — One the rich bought, But the poor sought So much more than it ought. Calling for me at watch, Twice the torch to touch, A duet for who knows The dough of passion, When the jam of intimacy Is just right. Both a rite to find In boat and oath to quote, As yesterday fell In this day's arms, And tomorrow tilted Out of the grace to know This turf tilling truth: Sparkles of sky, soil, and sea Do this the same as we s...
🔁 Makinde Kehinde Margret ReCircled: Denied Liquidation
I have set my house On the bones of I Am's covenants, Where tongues of fire swirl In sacred convocation. The devil came, In the fine linen of a stockbroker, Pitching shares of darkness, Bidding for my soul's equity — But my spirit's ink Refused to sign. I, carved clay, clad bone, Bearer of heaven's eternal vision, Cannot liquidate my essence On the altar of sly tongues. God’s word sits in my marrow As councils in courts, Syllabic decree, Phrasic currency. The shrill hiss of the adversary...
The Case of the Living Word
Have you ever wondered why some hearts stay restless, while others soar like eagles — steady, unshaken, and envisioning heights? I recently took up a most unusual invitation into the depths of the Word where I had never been for four months now— GLT God's Love Tabernacle International. My Pastor, Pastor Tayo Akanbi, once said, “A time snubbed to pray is a time snubbed to receive.” And I’ve come to realize — the same goes for the Word. Everything you see, and every person you’ll ev...

Going Forward
There is no 'Casual team or theme in what I am going to write about this season. Most pieces will be born from loss. I lost a friend — a woman whose leaving wade something out of me I did not know existed. In the silence that followed her departure, words came, came and I have not been the same. New energy aroused: meditations at dawn, tongues spoken when language failed, and grief tore so light could pass through. They became frequencies, permissions, and warnings. If you choose to proceed...
