KEN SARO WIWA. The boy of humble birth, Grew into a warrior, But not of war and steel. A voice that rose above, A cry against the night, A bold and lonely zeal. The cause he fought for justice, His heart a fiery light, But justice came at a cost, With a price too dear, too high. His memory still remains, Though shrouded in the mist, His sacrifice endures, A hero, we cannot resist.
