Okay, so I watched Call of My Life, and I just need to talk about it because I have not recovered.

Soluchi. Soluchi.

This girl. She loves so much it almost hurts to watch. Like you're sitting there in the cinema thinking, "Baby, please. Protect yourself," but also, "No, don't. Don't stop. The world needs people who love like that."

And Kalu.

Okay, listen. Kalu is not a bad man. I want to say that clearly. He's not. His own love language is just—let my container land. I'll give you my ATM card; take care of yourself, Mummy," and that's real. That's a whole real type of love.

But we have Soluchi, sitting there wanting to celebrate 7 months. "Seven months of being together." She wants to do silly things with him. She wants him to be there. not just his money. Him.

And they never meet in the middle. Not because one of them is wrong.

Because both of them are loving the right way—just to the wrong person.

That's the thing that got me. That's the thing I still carry around.

We spend so much time asking, "What did I do wrong?" when sometimes the answer is just nothing. You did nothing wrong.

You were just pouring yourself into someone whose hands weren't shaped to hold what you carry.

Soluchi wasn't too much. She was just too much for him.

There's a difference. and it matters.

Go and watch this movie. It's in cinemas. Take someone you love, or go alone and think about your life like I did lol.
