I have trained at most of these places and these are the ones worth your time and money. First up, **Bodyshapers Gym** on Post Office Road, right near the old Ahmadu Bello Way junction. This is the O.G. for a reason. It has got proper free weights, a few squat racks that actually work, and the trainers there know what they are doing....
