With Blurry vision and zigzag thinking I see the finish line.
I had no clue the picture we painted together was only in my head.

It was a Masterpiece everyone admired.
An endless robe of many colors.
The perfect comments and the embarrassing moments.
Intimate places where we had our first kiss, profess our undying love, spotted the sunset, the enticing conversations.

How did I arrive at this phase I never painted,
I believe these are those blank pages I sketched monsters
No way could this be the life we dreamt of, spoke about and lived towards.

Sadly your words that gave me strength now causes my eyes to drip.
I count on liquor for my sanity
I hope someday you pay the right price for this insanity

Crazy how you led in winds to blow off our dreams.
Old times I patted you and said it's going to be fine,
Today I feel destroyed from what I built.
I wish I never had the tools of loving, believing and nurturing.

Loving too much was my crime,
Loyalty was the offense,
Acceptance was the case,
Desperately I sought-after verdict,
But the doors of appeal were shut at me.

I seek night so I can escape my reality,
But The reality was in my head and it kept me up and I met my demons.
Stronger they made me
The more clever I become
This changes I desire
