Hon. Salisu Muktari has congratulated the Governor of Yobe State, Mai Mala Buni, on his emergence as a recipient of the Good Governance Award at the 2026 Vanguard Personality of the Year Awards, describing the recognition as a proud moment for the people of the state.
In a statement marking the occasion on April 24, 2026, Hon. Salisu Muktari said the award reflects the growing national acknowledgement of Gov. Buni’s commitment to people-oriented governance and sustainable development.
