Lately I’ve been learning that stopping doesn’t mean giving up. It means handing the weight back to the One who never sleeps. The fields don’t grow faster because I’m anxious over them. The rain falls whether I’m watching or not. Maybe rest is just admitting the world keeps spinning without my worry holding it up. And that’s a relief I can finally breathe into. #Faith #Trust #Peace #ChristianLiving #Rest #Surrender #LetGoAndLetGod #SabbathRhythms
Let it go.
Let it go. God already caught it. The thing you are gripping so tightly that your knuckles are white and your chest is tight and your prayers sound more like negotiations than trust. Let it go. Not because it does not matter. Because it matters too much to be held by hands that shake. Give it to the hands that do not. #Faith #LetGo #Trust #GraceOverPerfection #ChristianLiving #Healing #SelfImprovement #InnerWork #Peace

Things I stopped doing when I got serious about my peace: 1. Explaining myself to people who already decided who I am 2. Staying in rooms where I have to shrink 3. Saying yes out of guilt instead of genuine desire 4. Carrying offenses that God already told me to put down 5. Performing healing instead of actually doing the work 6. Comparing my chapter 3 to someone else's chapter 20 7. Begging people to see my value Peace is not passive. It is the most aggressive boundary you will ever set. #Fa...
