The pain are gone
but sometimes the scenarios
from our memories are playing
back on my mind,
causing the scars to ache.

To feel the hurt once again
and it made me think of you
over again.

Sometimes, I find myself asking
the sunset If you felt the same way
or even think of me somehow.

Does he sometimes looks up the moon
and ask about me?
And does he felt the same way
when the playful destiny played back our memories in his mind?

Or does he asked himself
even one time, what our future
together looks like if he didn't breaks my heart?

Does he still know
my likes and dislikes or,
what does he feels when he heard my name?

Because sometimes,
when the room is empty and
when the warm air are not there to feel
and when the land longs for the rain.

I still ask those questions
over and over again.
Until the universe is done
playing back our memories in my head.
Only then, the ache from the scars will be gone.
