Revival starts with us
They blame God...
Point fingers to the sky like He dropped the ball—
Like He ghosted Earth and left us to crawl.
But nah…
We walked.
Walked right past the warnings,
Right past the light,
Built towers on lies,
Then cursed the night.
God is not absent.
We muted His voice.
Turned down the volume—
By choice.
We got riots in the streets,
Lust in the air,
Addiction in our homes,
And truth?
Rare.
Homosexuality, murder, rape—
Our hearts reshape what God won’t fake.
We break,
Then blame the Potter for the clay.
But the Gospel—
Still saves.
Still breaks chains.
Still lights flames in the coldest graves.
But where are the men?
Not just boys in suits,
But men with roots.
Men who kneel and fight in prayer,
Men who speak when none would dare.
We need the Word—
Sermons that burn.
Truth that turns
Hearts from stone to living flame.
Preach Jesus—the only Name.
But why does money move the world?
Why is greed still crowned king?
Some of us starving,
While others feast on everything.
It’s a sickness…
Selfishness.
This hunger to have
While others drown in what we grab.
But hear me now—
Let love move.
Let giving be loud.
Let mercy interrupt the crowd.
God must be known.
Jesus must be proclaimed.
Not just in words—
But in lives unashamed.
We don’t need less sermons—
We need more with fire.
Truth that convicts,
Faith that climbs higher.
So let a holy awakening shake this place.
Let justice rise,
Let mercy trace
Every broken street and face.
We need men who will go,
Who will live what they preach,
Letting the Gospel stretch
Where money can’t reach.
It starts with one voice,
Then a hundred more—
'Til love floods
Every closed door.
