I'm yet to get verified on the platform, and I'm unsure about the timeline or requirements for verification.
- Responding to Comments: When I try to respond to comments, my responses don't reflect, making it challenging to engage with my audience.
- Complaints and Support: I've tried reaching out to the support team with complaints, but I haven't received any response.
- Notification Issues:I've noticed that sometimes I receive notifications about comments, but when I click on them, they're empty.
I kindly request that you look into these issues and provide a resolution. I would appreciate it if you could provide direct access to support teams through prominently displayed contact details. Establishing a clear protocol for escalating complex complaints to the appropriate departments would also be helpful.
