Lately I’ve been learning that stopping doesn’t mean giving up. It means handing the weight back to the One who never sleeps. The fields don’t grow faster because I’m anxious over them. The rain falls whether I’m watching or not. Maybe rest is just admitting the world keeps spinning without my worry holding it up. And that’s a relief I can finally breathe into.

Wow, this hit me right where I needed it. I've been trying to 'fix' everything myself lately and honestly I'm exhausted. The part about the rain falling whether I'm watching or not... that got me. Like, who do I think I am that my stress is somehow holding the world up? Thanks for sharing this, it's a good reminder to just... breathe and let go.
