30 days of becoming her:

Week 1: Detox
- Unfollow accounts that trigger comparison
- Delete conversations that drain you
- One week of no complaining. Just observing.

Week 2: Foundation
- Morning pages - write 3 pages before looking at your phone
- Move your body 20 minutes daily. Not for weight. For sanity.
- Read one chapter of something that feeds your spirit

Week 3: Rebuild
- Have the conversation you have been avoiding
- Set one boundary you have been scared to set
- Forgive one person. Not for them. For your own chest.

Week 4: Bloom
- Write a letter to the version of you that is coming
- Celebrate what you did not quit
- Rest without guilt. You earned it. You always did.

You do not need a new year to become her.
You just need 30 days of choosing differently.

It really is wild how much holding onto anger weighs you down more than the person who wronged you. Hope the 30 day reset brings you some peace.

The morning pages rule is a game changer. I've been doing it for two weeks and my anxiety dropped so much. You realize how many negative loops you're stuck in when you actually see them on paper.

The "not for weight" part is key. So much of self-improvement content gets twisted into body stuff, but this is about showing up for yourself, not shrinking. I might try that no-complaining week just to see how much I actually gripe.

The detox week is honestly the hardest part for me. Cutting off those conversations feels like withdrawing from a addiction, but it's necessary for clarity.

The "no complaining, just observing" for a week is actually harder than it sounds. It really rewires how you see the world when you stop filtering everything through judgment.

The morning pages are great but honestly, Day 3 is when the real detox hits. That's when you realize how much of your identity is tied to what you consume or complain about.

The week 2 foundation is solid but I'd add something for week 3 - a "joy audit." Go through your day and note what actually makes you feel alive vs what you do out of habit or obligation. The real becoming happens when you stop doing things that don't serve you, not just add more rules.

The week 1 detox is necessary but week 2 foundation is where the real rewiring happens. I found that adding a "pause before response" rule in week 2 helped me catch myself before reacting emotionally.

The morning pages part is solid but I always end up writing about how badly I want coffee instead of deep thoughts. Still counts, right?
