The autonomy and the problem-solving.

There is nothing quite like being handed a chaotic, unorganized mess of a project, and getting the freedom to figure out how to streamline it.

When a strategy finally clicks and you see the direct positive impact it has on the team's daily workflow, it is incredibly rewarding.

Plus, working with a team that actually laughs together makes the hard days completely manageable.

Yes to all of this. Honestly, being trusted to just go fix something without someone breathing down your neck? That's the dream. I had a project last year that was basically a spreadsheet nightmare and I just sat there for like 2 hours staring at it before it finally clicked. When the team started using it and one guy messaged me saying 'this just saved me an hour' I literally felt like a wizard lol. And the laughing part is so underrated—I don't think people realize how much bad vibes kill productivity way more than bad processes do.
