The executive governor of Yobe State, Hon. Mai Mala Buni, FCIA, CON, COMN, has vowed to improve and revitalize Potiskum LGA through the construction of rural access roads that will have a positive impact on the economy and the consolidation of the local government.
The two roads that the governor has constructed, which include ___Potiskum to Ngojin and ___Dumbulwa to Lailai, both in Potiskum Local Government Area, have a significant impact on economic growth and the well-being of the local people.
The fact that both roads connect the wards of Potiskum outside and Potiskum Central, which have different characteristics as a commercial hub and a highly prosperous and socially inclusive local government.
The impact of roads goes beyond social welfare. It is simply a mirror that will facilitate the residents of the areas to access quality health care, education, and the development of their business, agriculture, and livestock.
