I am addicted to my phone

I just realized my addiction is my phone.
Some minutes back my phone shut down
And my mind raced through thoughts.
First came the O’negs, on the rampage, pulling all thoughts alike.
Overwhelmed I sought my pen.
As it flowed thoughts rampaging, disheveled; Like crashing waves seemed to give way to the gentle waves.
Then came the O’positives, reiterating the gentleness the gentleness of a mother to a suckling babe.
And upon the solution to my drained phone, came my happiness. It just seemed peace had won this time.

That's such a relatable experience! I can totally see how someone might realize they're addicted to their phone. It’s funny (and a little sad) how our devices always have us in their crosshairs, even when we’re just trying to get away from them. It sounds like you found peace through positivity—definitely something to cherish.
