The executive chairman of Potiskum local government area, Hon. Salisu Muktari, felicitates with Muslim communities and pledges greater sacrifices to ensure lasting peace in the local government, state and Nigeria.
While felicitating, he stressed the importance of unity in ensuring the peace of the local government, Yobe State, and Nigeria in bringing about sustainable progress for the welfare of the entire nation.
"I am using this opportunity to wish the entire Muslim community happy Eid'l-Fitr, and may God bless us again.
"I once again appeal to the good people of Potiskum Local Government Area to focus and prioritize unity to promote peace and welfare activities because only through this we can create lasting peace and social welfare, as every community depends on it because only through it we will have sustainable development." He said
The chairman has also been instrumental in ensuring and bringing development to the good people of the Potiskum Local Government Area.
