MY LETTER TO YOU 1.3

Hi guys
It's been a while since I said anything here.
If you follow my profile, you'd see that I mostly post poems and promotional content for my book that was launched two Saturdays ago.
I missed writing about those things.
And now that the second half of the year is about to start, there are things that should be worked on so we don't stay behind.
How are you guys doing?
I enjoy seeing comments from you all, so feel free to comment on this post.
Follow me too, so you know what I'm up to and see contents like this from me :)
Back to the purpose of this post.
I want to do a bit of reflection here.
This first half of 2025 has taught me things.
I learned. I unlearned. I relearned. I over-learned. Lol—if that's a word.
A lot happened too, but all is good. Thank GOD.
Recently, I've not been able to write poems like I did a couple of months ago—sounds like a long time... lol
I don't know if I have writer's block because there's so much I have in mind to write—even, I wrote a few down, but I haven't had that time—should I
say time?
I just haven't seen the right time or opportunity to sit, go through them, edit, and post it.
I'm not sure. But I will figure it out soon.
I've been watching a lot of shows recently. Shows that came out years ago.
Like, guys, it's 2025, and I almost binge-watched a show that came out 20 years ago. Prison Break is the name, if you're wondering.
The show is just amazing. I am currently in the third episode of season 2, and I like it so far.
I love how a million steps ahead Michael is. We have two brothers. One is giving off gangsta vibe; the other is a genius.
Michael has a solution to every problem. But as smart as anyone is, your intelligence isn't the only thing that would help you in life.
He is smart, but I know there would be times his genius would not help matters.
I am still watching, so I'll let myself see what happens in the rest of the episodes.
It has lots of twists and turns. I'd recommend it.
I watched others like The Rookie, Blackish, From, and others I can't remember lol. I await the continuation of The Rookie—hopefully next year—and From—ending this year. Hopefully.
Now to courses.
I took some courses and finished them. Engaged in a one-month internship that turned out well.
I am still trying to complete one: Mastering Excel or so. I just didn't have the time yet, but I have a few days to submit my deliverables so I can move to the next thing.
I signed up for a few things; I'm just waiting for the right time to come so I can have them completed.
I am considering taking some courses on stage lighting. Something I can engage with for a few weeks. Just to brush up my basic/mid-level knowledge.
Speaking of stage lighting, the annual Youth Alive conference is here again. AYAC starts in mid-August, and I am excited about attending. It’s definitely going to be an impactful event, spiritually, physically, and in every aspect of our lives.
I am preparing myself before then. You guys can join us physically at the Faith Tabernacle or through online channels like YouTube, Facebook etc.
I do have two teams that I can function well in: stage lighting as a light technician and documentary as a scriptwriter and interviewer.
I am leaning more toward stage lighting, but let's see how things go down.
I just received my certificate for the internship and other incentives. I feel so proud of myself, honestly.
Now, over to my book.
‘Love Me Now: A Trip to Maldives’ is going well.
It’s been over a week since its release, and I already like how it’s going.
I got a few reviews and feedback. Some invested readers and reviewers. You guys who are interested in this book and my other projects. And family and friends who are excited about the next book.
I am currently compiling the reviews and feedback I have now so I can create a reel and post it.
I love how it’s going. Barely two weeks, and it’s looking fine.
You know, I watched a video where they said it takes time for books to find their audience, and I am patiently anticipating Love Me Now’s forever growth.
If you have bought a copy and you love it, don't hesitate to leave reviews on Amazon or Kobo.
I am tirelessly working to publish it on more platforms and will update you if anything comes up.
If you’re yet to get your copy, click this link below to access it or search for the title on Kobo, Amazon, or in your Google search box.
I hope I can paste links here, lol.
I think this is all for now.
Thank you all for being here, and I’ll see you in my next post.
GOD bless.
