I have been through GBE many times, mostly for trips to visit family in Zambia and for connecting flights to Europe. One thing that I think gets overlooked is just how calm the airport feels compared to other regional hubs. I remember once I had a 6 hour layover there, and instead of feeling stressed, I actually got some work done at the cafe near the check-in counters.
