What is the worst career decision you have ever made?

Staying at a toxic job for two years too long just because the paycheck was stable and I was terrified of the unknown.

I kept telling myself

'It will get better after this project' or 'the market is too tough right now.'

In reality, the stress completely fried my mental health and stalled my professional growth.

Lesson learned: Comfort zones and toxic cultures will cost you way more in the long run than a risky leap ever will.
