THE BEAUTIFUL DARK WOMAN AND HER 36 DAUGHTERS
Happy independence Day Nigeria @65

Once upon a time
A beautiful stunning young lady with curly hair like the green vegetations of the middle belt, sweet smile that got local traders of the east off their balance, tanned skin as polished as that of the northern soil where gold and lithium are found and a very curvy waist which could carry over billions barrels of crude oil.

Her beauty was unimaginable causing men of white skin from distance land to come have a taste of her beauty because she is so young and naive luring her with beguiling words as "religion, education and trade"

Oh beautiful one, she slowly fell for their deceit. One by one they copulate with her but she never allowed men with tanned skin to see her nakedness.

These white skinned men come to her with gifts and sweet words but whenever the leaves they take from her some of her beauty.
But unbothered she continues because there is a unlimited fountain of her beauty

These tanned skin men began to fight the white skinned men who come to sleep with this most beautiful lady ever seen.
They won in 1960 and thought they had liberated her.

Gradually, these white skinned men plotted to use these tanned men to impregnate her so she could have beautiful children as well which they would come manipulate if the mother is too busy with the tanned men, they presumed.

Occasionally, she gives birth dating from 1967. First was twelve at once, seven, eleven and finally six until it completed 36 daughters excluding the eldest but not the wealthiest.

In the process, some of these tanned men tried secession which resulted in a civil war from 1967-1970.
More than millions of these tan skin men who loved her lost their lives in the course of this war.

The white skinned men notice these locals have embraced peace.
They came up with ideas like offering loans to them at long term bases to help them marry and take care of this their beautiful wife.
Proposing that as the mother remains beautiful, the 36 daughters could repay them with their natural endowment which they each possess. Like their golden teeth, oily tan skin, black hair like bitumen, dazzling eyes like diamond, elastic smile like rubber, brown fingers like cocoa etc

The idle tan skin men concur. They said among themselves so far they get loans to take care of their beloved wife, it is enough.

Other young tan skinned men of this village never got any portion from this loan. They became agitated and started causing chaos like insecurity, injustice, robbery, bribery and corruption. Because of this chaos, the woman and her 36 daughters lack
A) constant power supply
B) good roads
C) good medical centers
D) good schools
E) clean water
Hardship, poverty, high cost of living, hike in fuel price have inflicted them all.
But today she marks 65 years old, crying and weeping for her young 36 daughters whose natural endowment is extorted from them for no compensation

The Labour of our past heroes shall not be in vain

This is so heartbreakng. The exploitation of her beauty for gain is just wrong. The struggle these tan-skinned men went through to win her over is painful to read. Nigeria has come a long way, but these injustices can't go unnoticed. Let's pray for peace and justice in our communities.

Wow, this post is so heavy but also really poignant. I can tell a lot of love and respect goes into celebrating her strength and resilience despite all that she's been through. But honestly, it's sad to think about how much harm was done and still happens today. Hoping for better times ahead.

it is disheartening. Not just that it happened in the past but we allowed it get to us psychologically

Hey there, I'm sorry to hear about all those hardships. The struggles you describe are heavy, especially with so much poverty and lack of basic needs for your daughters. It's a tough situation but I hope things improve for them.

Wow, that's such an intense read. It really paints a picture of the challenges Nigeria has faced under past regimes. The struggle to have fair treatment and access to basic needs is still very much present today. But it's inspiring to see how people are holding onto their heritage and fighting for what's right.

Wow, that’s really sad but also kind of awesome at the same time. It’s like they’re celebrating Nigeria’s freedom while also showing how much harm has been caused by all this inequality. I’m not here to judge anyone or anything, just sharing my feelings.
