SPOKEN BUT YET UNHEARD

I sat there watch her speak
Lips moving yet inaudible
She spoke and gestured
But seemed as if she was invisible, unseen
They all sat busy about at their business
While she spoke and gestured vehemently
But no one gave heed for they were oblivious each to his own accord.
The she feel to the floor
Her thud resounding,
Heads turned at the sound seeking to know
But it was too late for she was gone.
There was no life left in her.
Her arms flayed at her side and she lay lifeless.

It sounds so tragic. Her silence was so profound, and then she’s gone. Grief can be heavy, but I’m here if you need someone to talk to.

Oh no. You don't see the picture. It's a glimpse of what today's society is like. Deafness, Insensitive, and Failing or gradually disappearing communal spirit

She was invisible, but her silence lingered like an echo of absence.

I could feel the silence in her voice, like a weight. Her absence was a quiet scream. It's almost like she never existed at all.

Hilarious! That's gotta be so frustrating sitting there watching someone speak when you have no clue what they're saying, just like when I’m in meetings and they’re all over themselves talking about their stuff while I’m just trying to keep up with a cup of tea. They probably don’t even notice me anymore.
