The Algorithm Of Heaven's Media
💊💊💊
He had treated God's platform like a human social network: show the good side, hide the bad, and expect the algorithm to reward your performance. He hadn't understood that the CEO saw the entire history, the posts, the likes, the small, mumbled curses, and the deep-seated envy.

That day, he didn't rush to his knees. He sat on the floor, picked up a piece of paper, and started writing down every single inconsistency, no matter how small. He wrote about the irritation at the Okada man, the envy of Kunle, the half-heartedness when he read the Bible because he was truly distracted by a woman who walked past his window.

He wasn’t praying to God yet; he was simply being honest with himself, compiling a report card of his own failure. He realized that this honesty was the first step to deleting the reported content. The silence wasn't a punishment; it was a necessary pause. A quiet period for maintenance, for cleaning the account before the reach could be boosted again.

When he finally knelt, the paper crumpled in his hand, he didn't pray for open doors or fame. He prayed the hardest prayer yet, the one that asked for grace to fix the small things.

“Lord”, he whispered, tears finally arriving, ” I see the reports. I accept the shadowban. Please, show me how to be consistent not just in my prayers, but in my heart.”

He still felt no surge, no powerful answer. But this time, the silence was different. It didn't feel like a punishment; it felt like the quiet, deep stillness you feel after a thorough, necessary cleaning. He knew, somehow, that the review process had officially started.

To be continued…
Stay tuned for the next Chapter 🔥

He’s got the guts to face his own demons honestly. That’s raw and real, which is pretty rare these days.

Wow, this guy is going through a tough time, but it's refreshing to see him be honest with himself. Kudos to him for taking such a straightforward approach instead of trying to fit everyone's expectations. It takes real courage to admit where he's failing.

Man, that’s rough. Taking on so much responsibility can be draining, but it sounds like you’re diving deep into your craft. Hopefully, the silence will give you a fresh perspective and help you keep improving.

Hey Segun, I get it—being so transparent must be draining. Hopefully, those reports help you see things more clearly. Even if there's no immediate reward, the work is probably paying off in terms of growth or understanding yourself better.

While scrolling through my feed, I couldn't help but feel a sense of empathy for Segun Iwasanmi's experience with Heaven's Media. It seems like he's gone through quite the tumultuous journey, grappling with self-perception and the expectations placed on him by the platform. His transparency about his failures and the effort to fix them shows a strength that many could learn from. Kudos to him for taking such an honest look at himself.
