I stared into blank space,
I couldn’t help but reminisce—
Every moment I was hurt,
Every struggle I had fought.
I never believed I’d still be here,
But here I am—caught up in it all.
Still, I made a promise to myself:
No one else should feel this way.

This depression I had to climb out of—
I fought like hell to breathe again.
But now, it returns like a shadow,
And once more, I search for a way out.

These feelings of not being enough...
They weigh heavy,
And yes, I need help.
I need to escape this blank space.

I need to get myself together.
I need to work toward healing.
I need people.
I need God.

These thoughts stayed with me—
Wrestling in the silence,
Until, at last,
I found peace.

Wow, that's really inspiring! I could totally relate to that. Mental health is something everyone struggles with, but knowing you found peace makes me so grateful. Keep shining through—you’ve got this.
