LOVE IN THE GARDEN

There was a time when love was something deeply admired and cherished. It was like two beautiful souls, carefully nurtured in a peaceful garden where everything was delicate and precious.
When I say delicate, I think of a butterfly emerging from its cocoon. It struggles, yet it must complete the journey on its own. No one should force the process or rush it. Love is much the same. It cannot be forced; it arrives quietly, naturally, and with grace.
As the flowers bloomed, a butterfly wandered through the garden. The flower admired the butterfly's graceful flight, while the butterfly was captivated by the flower's sweet fragrance and radiant beauty. Though both were fragile in their own way, they found comfort in each other's presence.
Day after day, they met. The flower gladly shared its fragrance and vibrant colors, and the butterfly returned each day with gentle affection. Together, they created a bond that brought life and beauty to the garden.
But not every soul rejoiced in their happiness.
The pests of the garden grew jealous of the love they shared. Consumed by envy, they attacked the flower until it withered and died.
When the butterfly returned, eager to see its beloved once more, all it found was a dry, lifeless flower. Heartbroken, it searched for another bloom, hoping to heal the emptiness within.
Yet the butterfly did not live much longer. In time, it too fell to the earth. As its body became part of the soil, it nourished the same garden where its beloved had once bloomed.
And there, in the quiet embrace of the earth, the butterfly found its flower again.
Perhaps that is what true love is, not always a promise of forever in this life, but a bond so deep that even death cannot separate two souls destined to meet again.
