Day 14 - Natural Remedy for Dry Skin.

Moisturize: Use a fragrance-free, mild moisturizer immediately after washing your face or bathing. Creams and ointments are more effective than lotions. Look for products that contain ingredients like glycerin, hyaluronic acid, ceramides, or shea butter.
Take short showers: Limit your shower time to 5–10 minutes and use warm water instead of hot water.
Use a humidifier: A humidifier can help add moisture to the air and reduce dryness caused by heating systems.
Use gentle products: Use a fragrance-free, non-soap cleanser. Avoid products that contain alcohol or sodium lauryl sulfate.
Wear loose clothing: Wear loose-fitting clothes made of breathable fabrics like cotton.
Drink fluids: Drink at least eight glasses of fluids per day, including tea, milk, and coffee.
Eat a healthy diet: Eat a diet rich in antioxidants like vitamins A, C, and E.
Exfoliate: Use a loofah, pumice stone, or scrub to remove dead skin cells.
Use a cold compress: Apply a cold compress to the affected area.
Use oils: Apply mineral oil or olive oil to dry skin.
If your skin is extremely dry, you can apply a cream or ointment throughout the day.

Here are some natural ways to use oil to treat cracked heels:
Coconut oil
Apply coconut oil to your heels after soaking your feet. Coconut oil has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties that can help heal cracked heels, especially if they are prone to bleeding or infection.
Banana and coconut oil
Mash a ripe banana and mix it with a quarter cup of coconut oil. Apply the mixture to your feet, let it sit for 20 minutes, and then rinse it off with cold water.
Baby oil
Rub baby oil on your heels and put on old socks before bed to seal in the oil.
Castor, olive, and almond oil
Mix one teaspoon each of castor, olive, and almond oil and massage it into your heels. Apply a layer of petroleum jelly on top and put on socks before bed.
Other home remedies for cracked heels include shea butter and honey. You can also try wearing socks to help keep your feet moisturized. If these remedies don't work, you can consult a doctor.

Now, you're good to go.
