The executive chairman of Potiskum local government area, Hon. Salisu Muktari, provided soil to fill the cattle shed, and he is also repairing and upgrading the water pumps in the main cattle shed of Potiskum LGA.

The filling of the floor follows the deterioration and erosion of the floor of the cattle loading area in the main cattle shed, which has been causing difficulties and inconvenience to the cattle loading workers.

He also repaired and installed new water pumps to facilitate livestock traders in Potiskum LGA, an initiative that will address the shortage of water and the difficulty of watering the animals that are to be fed and those who are tied up.

The chairman's initiative follows his commitment to improve the social and economic conditions of the local government, which is a response to the problems plaguing the community in the cattle shed area.
