The executive governor of Yobe State, Hon. Mai Mala Buni FCIA, CON, COMN, accompanied by his friend, the executive chairman of Potiskum local government area, Hon. Salisu Muktari, paid an unscheduled visit to the ongoing construction of the Maisandari-Gambir road and the Maduri-Benkalio and Don Etibet Housing Estate road constructions in Damaturu.
The governor paid an unscheduled visit with his best friend, Hon. Salisu Muktari, to ensure the quality of the work and to ensure that the work is in accordance with the contract agreement.
During the visit, the governor called for ensuring that the work is completed within the stipulated time and to motivate and call on the contractors to ensure that they do a good-quality job.
“The quality of this work must be ensured, and it must be completed on time as per the contract agreement we have awarded, because ensuring the work is completed on time will enhance the prospects of the good people of Yobe State to us.” He said
The governor also called on the State Ministry of Works to ensure that the projects continue to be monitored to ensure their quality and to ensure the timely completion of the projects.
“I directed our Yobe State Ministry of Works to keep on monitoring the ongoing projects across the state to ensure their quality and to ensure the timely completion of the projects.
