Two hands intertwined, ending in a warm embrace
A moment where pain pauses and tranquility plug in
No words spoken just the softness of grace.
A breath released like the calmness in the sky
The calm between storms, the reason we try.

A kind smile shared when no one expects
A silence that heals instead of rejects.
The stillness held in stormy air,
A presence that whispers,“I care."

Letting go not but to give space, to do what's right.
Mending what pain once tried to deny.
Stillness, even when the air storms and roars
A shoulder offered in the hardest days.
Justice growing where kindness stands
Planted in unity by trembling hands.

A tree rooted deep in shabby soil
Still it rises, despite the turmoil.
It speaks a language loud and true
In what we do, not what we view.

So next time you're asked what comfort sounds like.
It’s not always loud, nor always alike.
It’s the quiet hand, the healed release
It’s everything we give, without saying the word we mean.
