Compassion and Leadership: Governor Buni Takes Charge of Treatment of Popular Hausa Film Actor, Malam Nata’ala

The Yobe State Government under the leadership of His Excellency Hon. (Dr.) Mai Mala Buni, CON, has reaffirmed its commitment to the welfare of the people after agreeing to shoulder all the medical expenses of popular Hausa film actor Malam Nata’ala, who is currently ill.

The State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Muhammad Lawan Gana, disclosed this during a sympathetic visit to Malam Nata’ala at his residence in Potiskum. According to him,

"Governor Buni has ordered that all medical expenses be paid and is working with the hospital to ensure quality care.

"This incident reaffirms the generosity, compassion, and public spirit of Governor Buni, who has long supported patients at home and abroad to alleviate their suffering," said Dr. Gana.

The history of Governor Buni's administration has shown such care by taking on the responsibility of various patients, which reduces the burden and anxiety of families at times when they need support the most.

Expressing his joy, Malam Nata'ala expressed his deep gratitude to the governor, describing this move as a great relief and help to him and his family.

He prayed to Allah to reward Governor Buni with goodness and continue to grant him good leadership and success over the people of Yobe State.
