A simple guide to making a detox bath using salt, herbs, and oils:
Gather the following ingredients:
2 cups Epsom salt or Himalayan pink salt
1 cup baking soda
1 cup coconut oil or olive oil
Dried herbs of your choice (lavender, rosemary, etc.)
10 drops of essential oils (lemon, lavender, etc.)
Fill your bathtub with hot water.
Stir in the salt, baking soda, coconut oil, and herbs until they dissolve.
Immerse yourself in the refreshing herbs.
