And gives your mind a head start?
As you ease into your day,
Don’t get overwhelmed by the to-do list.
Focus on what matters.
Celebrate the little wins —
Because little wins become big ones.
In the midst of it all,
Don’t forget to have fun.
Sit back.
Put your feet up.
Relax your shoulders.
Close your eyes. Breathe.
I pray your day shines as bright as the sun.
