Men in uniform!
What exactly has gone wrong?
Are you forgetting your duties or job
To safeguard lives at all cost

Officer in Black!
What about our citizenship right's
To free movement and lifestyle
Why are you restricting that?

In a twinkle of an eye, you spread your palms
Were you cursed with that?
At most checkpoint, we must pay to pass
But exactly why?

Police is your friend,
Not in a situation where citizens are being extorted by them
Police can be our friend
Only when they do what's expected of them
