most times, ships don't sink because of the water around them; they sink because of the water that gets into them.


Some of us give up because, we allowed the turbulence (negative talks and views of people) to get inside our ship (us).

Moreover, you can't calm the storm, calm yourself. People will try to bring you down but it's left for you to stop the water from getting inside you.


Don't allow the water to get into your ship, so that you won't sink. Your mental health matters.

Your mind, your health, your wellness is your progress.
