Moringa Juice
MORINGA SEEDS VS POWDER VS CAPSULES VS LEAVES: WHICH IS BEST?
March 06, 2020

Moringa is one of the more common herbal remedies you can find on the market today. It's widely known as a beneficial plant, though the overall health benefits of any herbal medicine have to be studied by science before they can truly come to the forefront of modern health.

Moringa is, specifically, the moringa oleifera plant, also known as the drumstick tree. This tree is native to India, and has a variety of other names as well. It's used as an herbal remedy there as well, though more often you'll simply find it as a food item.
Available- powdered packs and leaves.

The thought that these forms of moringa could open the floor for debate, filled my heart with curiosity about the topic of this content. To me, it depends on the purpose. Moringa has strong bandwidths. As a seed, it can be snacked upon or employed in recipes. However, with no standardized dosing, its superpower— nutritional properties as a good source of antioxidants and healthy fats can with a snap create digestive discomfort. Powder: Its form dry and grounded, retains many nutritional benefits. It saves the day when it comes to preparing beverages, smoothies, baked delicacies, and garnishing foods conveniently. However, the dosage might not be an issue since in most cases it is used sparingly in culinary affairs. Capsules: Its powdered form standardly encapsulated is not only a competent and convenient way to consume moringa, but it also encourages measured doses, when incorporated into an everyday supplement routine which in my eye, seems the safest way to consume moringa. Leaves: their natural form, without processing for delicacies with their classically bitter taste. However, the issue of overdose may come up, which may pose immediate health complications. For me, it depends on the use of the day.
