THE SKY KNEW OUR NAMES
Growing up in Uganda, my childhood was a time when the skies and the earth were our playgrounds, free from the distractions of modern life. This poem is a reflection on those carefree days when we ruled our little empires, barefoot and wild, surrounded by nature’s embrace.
