The little things that mattered
#poetry Today I watched the sun set, It reminded me of the little milestones, The little memories made my heart to summersault, The little laughters that rolled down the hill, The warm smiles that radiated our faces like the sunbeams, The little embraces that melted my heart like hot knife penetrating a butter, The vulnerability in our eyes as they locked Were just some of the fondest memories, That I still hold onto.
