In just one week, Yobe State's executive governor, H.E. Hon. Mai Mala Buni FCIA, CON, COMN, fulfilled his pledge that his government is for the youth by giving 267 permanent jobs to young people and giving them influential political positions like SSA, FP, and TA.

The governor has gone out of his way to give powerful and influential political positions to the youth of the state to improve their lives and provide them with sources of income, political education, and leadership skills.

In just one week, the governor approved influential things for hundreds of youths, some of whom have secured permanent jobs, especially those with knowledge and skills in the health sector, while others have gained full access to political positions, including focal persons, special assistants, senior special assistants, liaison officers, and technical assistants.

The governor has previously stated that what he wants is to attract the youth and show them how to run a government and teach them politics and leadership.

"What I want is for the youth to learn politics and gain leadership skills, because they are our leaders of tomorrow; they will be the ones who will decide our future politically and as leaders." Governor Buni said
