Oh, Christmas, how I love thee,
Oh, Christmas, how I cherish thee.
Your magic fills the air,
A time of wonders beyond compare.
The tall trees dance, bounce, and clap,
For the Savior is born.
Oh, Christmas, how I love thee,
Oh, Christmas, how I cherish thee.
Your passion burns like a wildfire,
Consuming every waking moment.
The sun shines bright, hallowing your sanity,
The moon's radiant glow,
A gentle light signifying the Savior's arrival,
Casts a silver pathway through the night.
The stars twinkle in the sky,
Singing with hosts of angels,
Their heavenly harmonies echoing across the universe,
For the Savior is born.
Oh, Christmas, how I love thee,
Oh, Christmas, how I cherish thee.
On this day, the Savior was born,
Wrapped in a swaddling cloth,
Laid in a manger.
The voice of carolers sounds so bright,
Filling my heart with joy on this winter's night.
The jingling of bells echoes across the snow-covered street,
Filling the air with a joyful, festive sound,
For the Savior is born.
