In the quiet of night, beneath the silvered moon's light,
My heart crosses oceans, seeking yours in fervent flight.
Your whispers in the wind, my solace in the lonely dark,
My soldier love, your absence carves a profound mark.

In dreams, I dance in your embrace, defying distance wide,
Our souls entwined, in passion's tide, where true loves reside.
The promise of tomorrow fuels the fire of our desire,
Against the backdrop of stars, our love an eternal fire.

So I wait, with bated breath, for the day you'll return,
To the hearth our love has built, where passionate flames burn.
Across the ocean, my heart sails, to where you bravely stand,
My soldier love, till you return and once again hold my hand.
