What's our fate
You've put in your all, like you've done everything humanly possible to get that job, you knew within yourself that you deserve the job both by merit, qualifications and otherwise. But you got that disheartening message which broke you , that message "Sorry you didn't meet our criteria"
Which criteria you keep grumbling to yourself painfully. The next day, you went to buy akara at the junction near your house, lo and behold, the akara woman wrapped the hot akara with your CV, how come you questioned yourself. I thought I submitted this CV, why is here, what's happening. You thought of many possibilities but none seemed good to be true.
To even say that you are a first class graduate, funny right. The Managing Director gave you conditions for getting the job which includes being his side chick. What a life, you are being paid 30k as a monthly salary whereby your school fees while in school. The cost of living is now expensive.
You're suddenly disappointed, you hated the fact that you are in this world and in this country so to say, everyday with you certificates, you are jumping from pillar to post. It's no longer funny, millions of graduates are jobless we need a solution, what is our fate.
What a life.
This isn't what we bargained for🥺
To you reading this, don't you think it's time you learn a digital skill, are you still hoping on your certificate, get something doing my friend. Yes your certificate will pay but before that, get something doing. The irony of life is something we can't predict. Get up and make a change.
