A CIRCULAR ON GOVERNMENT AGENDA___

TITLED: WEAPONIZED MECHANISMS: Use in Nigeria's political system
PART 1
An elementary eye opener for the Nigerian apathetic youths

INTRODUCTION
It is very pathetic that when we talk about the country's situation most of us do not care while many others do not understand. A few academically deprived persons think that these suffering, hardship and high cost of living are Globally orientated. The truth is, our government uses these forms of torture as a control mechanism to enforce dictatorship and total loyalty.

NOVEL REFERENCE
I recall vividly that I read in the books of Chinua Achebe (titled: There was a Country). During the Biafra war of 1967-1970, hunger was used as a weapon of war to forcefully pin the Biafrans to surrender and also after the war, Gen. Gowon admitted that hunger was a fair weapon of war. That case has been before the table of the international court of Justice even until the death of Gen. Ojukwu in November 2011.
In addition Frederick Forsyth wrote in his book titled The making of an African legend: The Biafra Story. In chapter 11 (Refugees, hunger and help), he wrote and I quote "It has been explained elsewhere in this book that the starvation of the Biafrans was not an accident, or a mischance, or even a necessary but regrettable by-product of the war. It was a deliberately executed and integral part of the Nigeria war policy.
Now listen carefully, it is said that history repeats itself. And many activists, sociologists, legal practitioners had said that there is a secret war going on now but a few who raised eyebrows were either taking off guard or made to observe table manners. This is a story for another day.

THEIR AIM
These men want to control every single wealth and gold pot of this nation in a very treacherous way. That even the little or none which you have you would be taxed exorbitantly and you cannot do anything because the use of armed forces will be exacted. If another exercise of enfranchisement comes, due to the high level of poverty and hunger, with a little token as cheap as N5,000 - N10,000, they would buy up your conscience for another four years, deceitfully gaining our loyalty. But they tell you it's a free and fair election.
That same hunger that was used as a weapon of war during the Biafra war has been summoned for use under a democratic rule to make sure every citizen submits to their agenda.

CRITICISMS
How would a country of over 200million people be suffering from everything essentially, ask yourself are we not productive? Yes we are!
But our productivity is narrowed in certain conditions because of insecurity which was brought in by those in the corridors of power and used by still the same people to rule out a certain political party.
The insecurity has today been handled as a matter of carelessness in the Senate house but I have had close encounters with people who suffer from this calamity of these ruthless guys with heavy armoury in places like Niger, ondo, Benue, Imo, and many more. Even till date a lot of them in power both in office and out of office are gaining largely from this menace.

The countries we learnt democracy from as we claimed, they do subside many sectors of the economy for their citizenry. From gas to housing to power to transportation to agriculture etc and provide sincere schemes to enhance and protect Small scale businesses.
But today look at how small and medium scale enterprises (SMEs) are suffering. Many are shutting down, not just shut down but shutting down in debts and losses.
I have extensive knowledge in cost management analysis because I took some extra courses on it and with the experience I obtained physically from businesses I managed for loved ones and several bosses.
I looked closely and saw that SMEs are battling with many difficulties even to the extent of no power supply for a country that supplies power to other nations and as a result of this lack of power supply it leads SMEs to product wastage. Also 75% of their income goes to running costs majorly suited around power supply and another 20-25% goes to staff remuneration. Sooner or later such business is driven into debts .

Can a man put both hands in his mouth? America, Germany, China etc. Those nations with a strong economy cannot exercise these measures which an underdeveloped country as Nigeria is taking at a single time.
Yet the economy keeps crashing below and beneath heavily.

WAKEUP CALL
A nation's strength and weakness lies in the youths, if the able bodied men we elected to represent us sleeps too much it's our responsibility to tap them into action. For as long as the youth continues to suffer and smile then things will worsen.
Until we rise to our feet and say NO to bad governance and corrupt judicial system then a new flower will sprout ELSE we continue sitting down and say YES to abject poverty, embezzlement and misuse of public funds.

CONCLUSION
Criticism is not the arrow of enmity but a tool of democracy as a stretch out hand to swing back up the sobering ruling power into action.
