We consume food each day. Sometimes two times, three times or more. Food is of different types in various tribes and languages from place to place: states, villages, towns, cities and countries.
Each of the sources of food being prepared according to the culture and place.

For example, rice is eaten in most parts of the world. It is being prepared and consumed in various ways.
In Nigeria, rice can be prepared as rice and different types of sauce, Jollof rice, coconut rice, fried rice.
It is also used as tuwo, for snacks and ingredients in baking.

Cassava is used as garri, fufu, tapioca and abachia. Yam is cooked, fried, pounded and eaten with various soups and sauces.
Beans are cooked, blended to moimoi and Akara.
Palm fruit is used for soups and oils.

It is enjoyable to have a variety of food and now use them carefully for consumption as they are available.
Taking care to use and consume the right amount and quantity as our body needs.
When food is excess or in small amounts it sometimes results in illness.
It is proper we learn the type of diet we consume appropriate for our health.

Wow, there's so much variety in how we eat! It makes me appreciate how different cultures shape our tastes. Just like Jollof rice with its unique sauce or garri made from cassava, it's amazing to see how food can be so versatile. Moderation is key, but the joy of trying new things never gets old! Eating well is definitely linked to feeling strong and happy.
