I am Aminu Adedoyin a graduate of Biochemistry from the Federal University of Technology Akure. My interest in virtual assistant came up when I started motherhood and I was looking for what I could do from the comfort of my home that you give me time to look after my kid. After doing my research I saw that virtual assistant is one of those jobs that can give me that time I needed.
I understand that virtual assistant role is not a walk in the park as it will require me to be online, pay attention to details, and be open to communicating with my clients at all times but I believe it is what I can do. Also learning all the software needed to carry our some task and keeping up with updates are those things that are required of me as a virtual assistant.
I believe with my expertise in different software and soft skills, I will become a sought-after virtual assistant as I am ready to provide virtual support to busy executives, business owners and organizations making their work easier and more efficient.
Managing calendars, emails and schedules will make my prospective clients to focus on more important assignments. Also rendering services like data entry, internet research and document typing will make the job easier. These are to just mention a few of the different administrative support I will be rendering as a virtual assistant.
As a virtual assistant I believe I have to be trustworthy because some sensitive information about my prospective client will be shared with me and my ability to to keep this information safe goes a long way.
Learning on this great platform will help me to make this a reality and I'm looking forward to start in this journey on this platform
