• THE WEIGHT OF TIME •

You wake up, and the first thing you feel is the weight of it. The clock on the wall. The numbers on your phone screen. The quiet pressure in your chest.
Time. Always moving, always slipping away.
You sit there, staring at the ceiling, thinking about where you should be by now. The plans you made, the expectations you set, the silent competition running in the back of your mind. You remember the faces of people who seem to have figured it out—young, successful, moving fast. And you? You’re still here. Still trying to make sense of it all.
The world makes it look like a race. Like you have to reach a certain point before a deadline no one really talks about. Like if you don’t get there soon enough, the doors will close, and you’ll be left outside, watching.
That fear is real. I’ve felt it too.
But I’ve come to understand something.
Time is not chasing you. It’s not an enemy. It’s not a countdown to your failure. It’s just there—moving, shifting, opening paths you can’t even see yet. The problem isn’t time itself; it’s the way we look at it.
We think delays mean we’ve fallen behind. We think slow progress means no progress. But what if the time you think you’re losing is actually the time you need? What if every second that passes is building you into the person who can handle what you’re dreaming of?
I’ve learned that growth is invisible. You don’t see the change happening while you’re in it. You only see it when you look back. The late nights, the quiet struggles, the moments of doubt—they all become part of something bigger.
So, take a deep breath. Look around. You are not late. You are not behind. You are exactly where you need to be.
