***The Mist***

The Mist
She comes to me at night
When sweet sleep is deepest
Straddling the crossroads of dreams
And desires craving for the love unleashed
My naked body she covered
In a blanket of shivering touches
Igniting my heart’s fire
With kisses aglow
She straddles me like a lioness crouched
Her ample paps delighting my wearied lips.
She comes bringing fire and a storm
And water her cistern to quench my –
Burning desires this mortal thirst.
The mist
She holds sway my soul enraptured
The night her captive to desires
Gently she unfolds her treasures
A mortal trove of delight and pleasures.
Mild kisses blowing loves gentle touch
Her heaving bosom tendering my hardened tits
She spreads over me like the clouds
Opening unto me her cistern
A fountain of mortal joys unknown.
I held unto her firm like a shadow
And we painted on each other loves colours,
Colours only our hearts could paint
But she was like a rainbow.
The mist
She came to me her wings broken and clipped
Like a dream stolen at dawn
Simple and innocent of will and desires,
But she was broken and loss of will and desires.
Like a good farmer I set to work
Tendering her withering garden to blossom
Daily watering and weeding off her worries
I watched her head spread her wings
Ready to take again to the skies
Like a kite in the harmattan
I cheered her courage, fears to flight took
And she saw hope, love and faith in my eyes
Like the golden sun before twilight.
The mist
Her greatest magic was her essence
A spirit that read me no secrets hidden
She stole my nights of lonely gloom
Blazing through my heart like a comet
I held tight to her bosoms
A haven of rest and comfort
A sure safety and anchor I could trust
But, wait! This glow now fades
Blending away with the shadows
Washing off our painted colours
Like mist on the grass at dawn
The shadows fades and her light resigns
My heart to solitude.
The mist
I sit amiss amongst merry hearts
Longing for her memories
Her mist, but no, no more
For at dawn I wake to reality
The nights gone and dawn rallies me
Dreams disappear to haunt the dawn
Until twilight and dusk
Such beautiful memories holds locked
In broken picturesque our deepest
Fears and fondest desires
When sleep hugs me tight in warm embrace
And I hear again her flapping wings
As she comes to steal my night in dreams.
The mist
Every night together we weave love
But you leave me empty at dawn
Twilight again comes our stringing
The beads of promises dawn always breaks
Flashlights of hopes the night graces
But eclipse of love it leaves the dawn with me
Another dawn and memories a broken fragments
She covers her naked body with the moon
But at dawn she’s the naked sun
Burning to ash the dreams of the night
Until another twilight another dusk
Awaiting her mist to settle upon my dreamy heart;
The mist…
