As my pen scribble this note in summary,
Each journey made, held in mind and memory.
From Iconic mountain peaks to gushing waterfalls,
Kilimanjaro and Lumangwe both standing tall

Dune, Deserts and Stunning coastlines,
Africa, my Africa, a world beyond its borderlines.
Feel the Nile River and chad lakes flow
A beauty just like watching a young Giraffe grow

Walk pass the trees in the Congo Rain forest,
Enjoy the Ethiopian Timkat festival - culture & nature at its best.
Explore the bustling streets of Marrakech's souks, or Kumasi’s Kejetia Market,
Muster strength, our best you've not seen yet.

Taste the Nigeria's jollof rice, Morocco's tagine, or Ethiopian injera
Africa’s cuisine, a meal worth your every dime.
Just like a Poet creates Poetry,
So African artisans showcase creativity in crafts like Pottery

Time will fail to me to explore dialects,
Ancient trade routes and architecture.
Great Kingdoms and empires like Mali and Zulu
Their legacies time would etch before it erases

Now I rest my pen, for my journey is complete,
One thrilling experience I'll to repeat.
Discover Africa, a continent rich in ancient treasures,
Visit its peoples, know its diverse cultures
Tour its streets and places
Bind her heritage to heart - just like shoe laces.
