The heart sees what the eyes often miss. Subjectivity of perception: that's reality, meaning, and beauty are filtered through consciousness. Beauty is not an inherent quality of objects or experiences, but a reflection of the observer’s inner world.

BEAUTY LIES IN THE PERCEPTION OF THE OBSERVER
Beauty lies in the perception of the observer,
Not in the rose, nor robe, nor silver server.
Eve saw fruit fair, though it bore a curse
One gaze rewrote the whole universe.
To David, stones were weapons of glory,
To Goliath, just pebbles not part of the story.
The ark was wood to mocking eyes,
But to Noah, it was paradise.
What one man calls a wilderness, dry and grim,
Another sees manna and cherubim.
To the blind, Christ was just a sound,
Yet the woman at the well saw Living Ground.
The sun sets red in the prophet’s eye,
But to the fool, it just burns the sky.
For some, the cross was shame and death
To Paul, it gave eternal breath.
Judge not the clay its shape deceives,
The Potter forms what He conceives.
So ponder this, O heart so clever:
Beauty belongs to the soul’s endeavor.
