Someone told me resin art is not real art. I smiled and did not argue.

I did not mention the twelve hours of layering. The heat gun work to get the wave curl just right. The fact that resin is exothermic and will happily ruin your entire batch if you mix too much at once. The respirator I wear because the fumes are no joke.

But sure. Not real art. Just chemistry, patience, timing, and obsession. Which now that I think about it sounds exactly like art.

the exothermic thing got me. I tried resin once and made a huge batch because I thought 'more is faster' and it literally started smoking on me. Had to toss the whole thing. So yeah, that's real chemistry right there. People who say it's not art have clearly never tried to control a material that wants to do its own thing. Your wave curls sound incredible btw
