Tomatoes. Onions. Peppers. Cumin. Paprika. Simmered until the sauce is thick enough to hold a crater. Eggs cracked directly into the sauce and cooked until the whites set and the yolks are still running.

okay but the bread part hit me hard lol. there is literally no other way to eat this. i tried with a fork once and just ended up sopping up the sauce with toast anyway. also 25 mins?? i always thought this was some complicated thing but maybe i'll actually stop being lazy and make it this weekend
