The Senator Representing Yobe South Senatorial District Sen. Ibrahim Mohammed Bomai is set to sponsor the education of underprivileged and children's with poor background to study abroad in various fields.
The Senator took this initiative in his efforts to stabilize the situation in his constituency by providing employment opportunities and improving the lives of young men and women across four local government areas of Yobe South Senatorial district, namely Nangere, Potiskum, Fika and Fune.
Senator Bomai has excelled in providing infrastructure, roads and providing young entrepreneurs with strong capital to improve their lives and that of the community at large.
Following the launch of the Youth Capital Grant in Southern Yobe State, which the Senator allocated a sum of N1.050 billion, and many youth benefit with N1 million or N2 million each, the Senator has also provide a new support of basic necessities targeting 38,000 vulnerables people across the four local government areas of Yobe South.
After providing a cash support to the young entrepreneurs by providing them with strong capital, the Senator also provide a cash support to the party representative or leaders of the APC of each ward in 44 wards of Southern Yobe State, where he supports them with N100,000cash each after he supports them with bags of rice as Ramadan relief.
The Senator also support the councillors, where he continues to provide them with basic necessities and cash grants of N100,000 each to encourage them and ease their suffering and improve their lives during this holy month.
The Senator also launched a scholarship scheme to take poor children and underprivileged abroad, namely Foreign Scholarship, to ensure their dreams of getting a good and quality education.
